Description: Special Programs line of business has been delivering extraordinary solutions to some of our nation's most critical imperatives. Leveraging the full spectrum of capabilities across Lockheed Martin Space, the Special Programs team provides its customers a legacy of superior performance, relevance, and innovation with an unrelenting focus on Operational Excellence and Mission Success. This position will be a member of the Ground Element Integration team that integrates, tests, and deploys software and hardware products as an integral component of a larger, complex system. As a member of this team you will be responsible for coordinating the development of integration objectives, integrating products that are part of a large ground system, troubleshooting errors and working closely with System, Software and Test engineers as part of an agile-like team. You will support the integration effort into the cloud, coordinate with the test team for regression testing and perform CR (change request) checkout. This position will also help lead the future architecture roadmap for integrating, testing, and deploying future capabilities. The successful candidate will interact, plan and coordinate with multiple discipline engineering/maintenance teams to solve technical issues. You will utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to be responsible for ensuring proper standards and processes are followed. The ability to work independently with just general guidance is a must. The desire to work on a problem until it is solved is a necessity. Basic Qualifications: - Experience on a software development program - Experience with integrating and/or testing hardware/software products or equivalent technical experience - Experience with configuration management/product control tools -Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences -Effective problem-solving skills -Strong attention to detail -Positive, flexible, solution-focused mindset to lead creative solutions to ever changing problems Desired Skills: - Strong organizational and communication skills - Experience on agile technical teams - Familiarity with MSP processes and procedures - Experience with specific domain a plus - Organized and self-motivated with demonstrated ability to multi-task. - Experience in the full software development life cycle functions including requirements definition, software design, developing, integrating, testing, debugging, and documenting. - Basic familiarity with enterprise client/server software architectures - COTS and FOSS integration experience - Scripting and/or coding skills - Experience with deploying and testing software Docker or other container platforms a plus Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $71,900 - $119,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. This position is incentive plan eligible Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
