Job Description:
SAFY is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Responder for our
Aurora, Colorado division. As a Mobile Crisis Responder, you will
be responsible for providing a range of moderately to high complex
clinical services with children, adolescents, and identified adults
in the following counties Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Boulder,
Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster. Be able to
assist families in coordination, identification of resources and
assisting with case management in a remote/mobile work setting. Who

serve can build resilience and thrive. What You'll Do Complete a
range of moderately complex clinical services with children,
adolescents, and adults. This will include diagnostic assessment,
treatment planning, and psychoeducational, tangible skill building,
support, and crisis navigation. Participates in the development of
the Individual Service Plan and provides resources for ongoing
mental health services. Provide services at the level of frequency,
intensity, and duration appropriate to prevent placement or achieve
reunification. o Services provided are tailored to each
individual/family's needs, problems, strengths, lifestyle, and
culture. Strong understanding of M-1 Holds. Develop and maintain a
consultative and liaison relationship with caregivers (e.g.,
schools, human services agencies, etc.) to cultivate work
relations, provide consultative services and/or promote the
coordination and development of mental health services. Establish
mutually respectful rapport and implement interventions necessary
to meet needs of client/collaterals; appropriately set limits and
maintain helping role as a Mental Health practitioner. Complete
assessments as required by state rules, agency policies, and/or
contract requirements. o Assessments may include psychosocial
assessments, Diagnostic Assessment Forms, and independent living

level. Qualifications Education - Bachelor's or master's degree in
the field of social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy
or other approved related field of human services. Years of
experience -At least one year of crisis experience, 2 years
preferred. Two years of relevant experience preferred in the field
of mental health/therapeutic intervention with children,
adolescents, families, and older adults/geriatric. What We Offer
Targeted hiring range: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 Compensation is
commensurate with transferrable experience, education and licensure
of candidate, along with internal equity and budgeted amount for
