Healthcare Recruiter to do high-volume sourcing and recruiting for
surgical centers located in several states. This position is a
fully remote role, but the candidate must be located in the Denver,
CO area. The role requires 40 hour work week M-F with flexibility
within business hours through July/August. This recruiter must have
over 2 years of experience with Healthcare Staffing.
Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Partner provides
full-cycle recruitment support to the hiring managers within their
aligned departments and regions. They partner with hiring managers
to understand their business, proactively address their staffing
needs, and to provide workforce planning services. --- Develops
strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners. ---
Consults with hiring leadership to anticipate, develop and provide
solutions for short and long-term hiring needs and business goals.
--- Completes a detailed intake session with hiring managers to
determine the need and specifications of each open position. ---
Identifies experience in candidates through sourcing and screening
activities. --- Conducts behavioral-based interviews with
candidates. --- Develops recruitment strategies to proactively
engage active and passive candidates for defined functional areas.
Ensures recruitment and sourcing strategies meet managers' needs
and serves as best practice guides for quality, expedient and
effective hiring. --- Proactively diagnoses recruiting and sourcing
issues that impact the company's ability to attract and retain
experience in, diverse candidates/employees. --- Leverages a
variety of recruiting resources, social media platforms, and
internet searches to find top talent; (examples of r engine
optimization, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). --- Works closely with
our TA Program Manager of Diversity and Inclusion Sourcing to
ensure this company's diversity and inclusion partnerships are
integrated into all recruitment efforts. --- Educates hiring
managers on talent acquisition best practices. --- Ensures
communications align with the organization's culture and strategic
plans. --- Promotes this company's mission, vision and values, and
identifies methods in which to effectively communicate this company
as an employer of choice to prospective talent.
