The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily golf operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist golfers promptly during busy peak times Manage bag drop, bag storage, and quick turnaround of golf bags Clean, stage, and rotate golf carts efficiently to meet continuous demand Support starters and marshals to keep play moving smoothly Maintain practice facilities while managing multiple tasks at once Respond quickly to guest needs, questions, and requests Assist with tournaments and high-volume events Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas at all times Fast-Paced Work Environment Expectations Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly during high traffic periods Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Thrive in an outdoor environment with constant guest interaction Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working under time pressure Qualifications & Skills Strong multitasking and time-management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy operations Physically capable of lifting golf bags (40–50 lbs) Golf knowledge preferred but not required Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Compensation $15.50-17.00/hr Pay Range: $12.14 - $26.00 Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
