flagship location on 16th Street in Denver. Our current target for
opening is late spring 2026. While this location is still
undergoing buildout, our goal is to begin training for this role at
other Sundae locations in the mountain region. We are looking for a
highly adaptive individual who can thrive as part of an ambitious
leadership team. Annual compensation range: $67,000-$70,000
(salaried, exempt) Annual reviews and performance-based raises 3

fit and let your talent shine. RETAIL GENERAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all operations for the retail department,
including handmade waffle cone production, efficient team
communication, consistent review of key business indicators, and
proactive identification of opportunities for improvement Lead and
motivate a team of 20–50 including seasonal staff by demonstrating
exemplary customer service, and presentation, all while maintaining
the upmost professionalism in a high volume, quick service
environment Promote a positive culture of continuous improvement
with a focus on SOP execution, employee retention, and achieving
financial metrics. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including
mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Respond courteously to
unexpected operational needs and provide support by being available
for on call and emergency coverage Efficiently recruit, hire, train
and retain talented employees with a constant focus on being an
exceptional employer Confidently cultivate and grow a team by
regularly assessing and providing feedback to direct reports to
ensure they are engaged and motivated Collaborate closely with
other departments, including production, to develop and implement
company goals, programs, and policies Maintain exceptional
cleanliness, organization and appearance throughout the store and
ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and other
industry standards. Sustain operational inventory levels by placing
regular vendor orders, monitoring waste, controlling portion sizes,
and accurately tracking outgoing and incoming transfers Perform
administrative tasks required for retail operations, including but
not limited to bank deposits, payroll reporting, performance
documentation, and scheduling Be a brand ambassador—cultivate
relationships that enhance the company’s image and foster
connection with employees, customers, vendors, and in our
communities. Participate in and contribute to regular staff,
management, and leadership meetings Maintain professional growth by
being proactive and seeking out knowledge and education. This list

years of experience in a management or leadership role in the
restaurant industry or equivalent required Associate’s degree or
higher in business administration, hospitality or related field
preferred Professional demeanor, strong communication, and
interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, excellent time management,
and problem-solving skills Proficient computer, software, and
technology skills Valid Food Safety Manager certificate or
equivalent (may be obtained within 60 days of hire date) Benefits
