Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Lakewood, CO Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,264 to $1,458 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) City/State: Lakewood, Colorado Shift: 10H Nights 830p-7a with weekends and holidays as needed Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 04/27/2026 Job Description: The Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing laboratory tests in the areas of Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, and Blood Bank. The technician will use equipment such as Abbott Alinity, Immucor ECHO, and Sysmex systems. Responsibilities: Conduct tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, and Blood Bank areas. Utilize EPIC Beaker LIS System for laboratory information management. Ensure proper handling and processing of specimens. Requirements: BLS (AHA) certification Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) via AMT or ASCP Generalist experience in Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, and Blood Bank No phlebotomy required Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
