Job Description:
HealthONE, a leader in healthcare services in Denver, is seeking
a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Pre-Op PACU unit
on a PRN basis. This role is critical in providing high-level care
and ensuring patient safety during the preoperative and
post-anesthesia periods. As part of our team, you will work in a
technologically advanced environment, utilizing the latest in
medical technology to enhance patient outcomes and recovery. Assess
patient condition before and after surgery, including vital signs,
pain levels, and overall comfort Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor for reactions Prepare patients for surgery
by reviewing their medical history and advising them on the
procedure process Monitor patients' post-operative recovery and
prepare them for discharge Maintain accurate and complete patient
records Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other
medical professionals Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Excellent patient assessment abilities Proficient in administering
medications and performing necessary treatments Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS certified ACLS
certified preferred
