Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites qualified Registered Nurses to join our
team as a Quality Coordinator in our dynamic healthcare services
environment. This crucial role focuses on ensuring the highest
standards of care through the continuous evaluation and improvement
of clinical practices and procedures at our medical facilities. The
Quality Coordinator will work closely with clinical teams and
management to analyze performance data, implement evidence-based
practices, and foster a culture of excellence and safety in patient
care. This position is essential to achieving HCA Healthcare's
mission to care for and improve human life. Conduct ongoing reviews
of patient care against national and internal benchmarks to
identify areas for improvement. Implement quality improvement
projects and monitor their impact on patient outcomes and
satisfactions. Train and guide clinical staff on new protocols and
best practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams and management to
develop strategies for improving service delivery and patient care.
Analyze clinical data and compile detailed reports on findings and
the efficacy of implemented actions. Ensure full compliance with
regulatory and accreditation standards. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and training
skills. Proficient in data analysis and medical software systems.
Awareness of current healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Ability to lead and motivate teams. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certification in
Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
