Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of
Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology at our advanced
healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal in delivering
exceptional care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic
procedures in radiology. The successful candidate will join a
dedicated team focused on patient outcomes and adherence to the
highest standards of safety and care. Our interventional radiology
nurses are critical in managing patient care before, during, and
after procedures, ensuring compliance with protocols while
supporting patient needs with compassion and efficiency. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in preparation for and
recovery from interventional radiology procedures. Administer
medications, monitor vital signs, and provide updates to
radiologists and physicians regarding patient condition. Maintain
accurate patient records and ensure all procedures meet healthcare
regulations and standards. Collaborate with radiology technologists
and other healthcare professionals to ensure a sterile environment
and adherence to safety protocols. Educate patients and their
families about procedures, potential risks, and post-procedure
care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to
operate and understand radiological equipment and technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented
with a strong focus on patient safety Capacity to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic
Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification Certification in Radiology Nursing (CRN) preferred
