Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia invites applications for the position of Advanced Practice Nurse - Specialty. This role encompasses providing high-quality specialized nursing care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will tailor their expert medical services to meet the unique needs of our members, ensuring the seamless integration of care and coverage. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Design and implement clinical plans while collaborating with healthcare teams. Manage and treat complex patient cases specific to specialty. Offer guidance and educational resources to patients and families. Ensure quality and safety standards are surpassed in patient care. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare specialty Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to make critical decisions under pressure Proficient in using healthcare databases and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia Certification in a recognized healthcare specialty preferred
