Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system in Colorado, is
seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our ICU Resource Pool
for night shifts. This role demands a high level of adaptability
and expertise in intensive care nursing, providing critical support
across multiple ICU units. Our commitment is to deliver top-tier,
patient-centered care in a dynamic, supportive environment. Provide
direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate clinical
interventions. Maintain patient records and documentation with
accuracy. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to
optimize patient care. Participate in continuous education to
improve skills and maintain current knowledge of medical
procedures. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient assessment
and care planning Strong clinical skills in a high-stress ICU
environment Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN
license in the state of Colorado Certification in Critical Care
Nursing (CCRN) highly considered
