Job Description:
UCHealth is inviting experienced Registered Nurses to join our
dedicated and compassionate team at our state-of-the-art facilities
in Colorado. This role specifically focuses on providing
exceptional direct nursing care during nighttime hours for patients
in surgical specialties acute care. Our RNs play a critical role in
managing post-operative recovery and addressing the complex needs
of surgical patients. Incorporating the latest healthcare

for post-operative patients in acute care settings during night
shifts. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress
and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and their
families on post-operative care and wellness. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and effectively. Ensure
adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards. Strong
clinical skills in a surgical acute care setting Ability to work
effectively during night shifts Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency with healthcare IT systems
Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or
ability to obtain BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
