Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral
Health Nursing Manager to lead our behavioral health nursing team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of compassionate,
high-quality psychiatric and mental health services to our
patients. The successful candidate will oversee the daily
operations of the behavioral health nursing department, manage
staffing and resource allocation, and uphold our commitment to

Lead and manage the nursing staff within the behavioral health
department. Develop and implement nursing department policies and
procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide
integrated care. Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the
department. Evaluate patient care programs and make improvements.
Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for
staff. Maintain a safe and effective environment for patients and
staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in mental health
therapies and interventions Adept in crisis management Competency
in patient assessment and care planning Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license Certification in psychiatric-mental health
nursing (PMH-BC) preferred
