HealthONE, a proud part of HCA Healthcare based in Aurora, CO, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care to join our compassionate team. This role focuses on providing high-quality wound care and ensuring the well-being of patients suffering from wounds, including ulcers and other skin lesions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in wound care management and possess a strong understanding of infection control practices. Assess, plan, and administer patient care for wounds, ulcers, and other skin lesions. Develop and evaluate care plans based on patient needs and physician orders. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management and prevention strategies. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any complications. Expertise in wound care and dressing changes Strong patient assessment skills Ability to educate patients and staff on care procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using healthcare databases and patient management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Certification in Wound Care Nursing (CWCN) preferred
