Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity is available at a school in
Greeley, CO, supporting a medically fragile 16-year-old student.
This position is contract-based and offers hands-on experience
working in a school environment, providing essential nursing care
during the school day. Location: Greeley, CO Assignment: Niwot High
School Employment Type: Full-time contract Hours: 37.5 hours per
week Assignment Duration: ASAP through May 21, 2026 Primary
Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to a medically
fragile student with a 1:1 support model - Monitor health status
and administer medications and treatments as prescribed -
Coordinate with school staff and healthcare providers to ensure
comprehensive care - Maintain accurate health records and
documentation in compliance with school policies - Respond promptly
to medical emergencies and follow established protocols
Qualifications: - Current and valid LPN license - Experience
working with pediatric or adolescent medically fragile populations
preferred - Ability to manage complex care needs in a school
setting - Successful completion of fingerprinting as required by
the school district - Pass a drug screening as part of the
credentialing process This role offers the opportunity to make a
