innovation. Develop, implement, and evaluate neurosurgery patient
care programs. Collaborate with medical staff to tailor care plans
for neurosurgery patients. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards in patient care. Provide expert guidance
and education to staff and patients. Participate in research and
development projects to advance neurosurgical practices. Strong
clinical skills in neurosurgery nursing. Excellent leadership and
organizational abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations
and make informed decisions. Proficient in healthcare software and
electronic health records. Knowledge of patient safety and quality
assurance procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in
Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) or similar is highly desirable.
