Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our diverse team in providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care at our advanced facilities. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the RN will collaborate with multiple healthcare professionals to administer care and contribute to the well-being of patients. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to improving more than just the health of our patients; we aim to make a positive impact on their lives and the communities we serve. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment. Operate and monitor medical equipment, assist with diagnostics, and administer treatments. Strong nursing skills, including clinical expertise, critical thinking, and familiarity with healthcare software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle patient interactions and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations. Competence in applying patient health assessment techniques. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
