Job Description:
As a UCHealth Regional Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) in
Emergency Department (ED), you will provide top-tier medical care
in emergency situations across multiple UCHealth facilities. This
role is for a dynamic and adaptable nursing professional who
thrives in varied environments and is passionate about delivering

across different units. Provide critical care to patients in
emergency situations across various UCHealth facilities. Implement
patient care swiftly and effectively, following established
protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to enhance patient outcomes. Adjust to varied ED environments,
maintaining high standards of nursing practice. Participate in
continuous professional development to ensure up-to-date nursing
practices. Strong clinical skills in an emergency care setting
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
BLS/CPR certification ACLS certification preferred
