Job Description:
HealthONE, a cornerstone of healthcare in Aurora, CO and a proud
member of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse
Quality Coordinator to enhance our commitment to exceptional and
compassionate care. This role focuses on monitoring and enhancing
the quality of care and nursing practices across our facilities.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in maintaining HealthONE's
standards through auditing, training, and process improvements
initiatives, influenced by careful data analysis and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular audits of nursing
practices and patient care standards across the organization.
Analyze data related to patient outcomes and process efficiency to
identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with nursing staff and
department leaders to design and implement quality improvement
initiatives. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal
healthcare regulations. Develop and coordinate training programs
for nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge related to
quality care. Lead cross-functional meetings to review practices,
discuss improvements, and implement new policies. Report directly
to senior management with findings and strategic recommendations.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead
and teach others Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Proficiency in healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Certification in
Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
