Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services tailored to students individual needs across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Assess student progress and adapt therapy plans accordingly to help improve functional skills and classroom participation. Support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation strategies within the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant school-based experience preferred. Ability to work effectively with children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and school schedules.
