Job Description:
At HealthONE, part of the renowned HCA Healthcare network, we
are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to
join our Ortho Spine team in Aurora, CO. This role offers an
opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on
patient-centered care, delivering specialized services to patients
undergoing spinal and orthopedic treatments. With a commitment to
excellence, we provide comprehensive training and support,
fostering professional growth and development in the field of spine
and orthopedic care. Provide direct nursing care to orthopedic and
spine patients in accordance with established policies, procedures,
and protocols of HealthONE. Monitor patient conditions and
assessments, administering medications, and communicating
effectively with patients and their families. Collaborate with
orthopedic surgeons and other medical professionals to plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and
their families on post-surgery care, recovery, and preventative
measures. Manage the documentation of patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Strong clinical skills
with a focus on orthopedic and spine care. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using medical software and
patient management systems. Capability to work effectively in a
dynamic and high-pressure environment. Empathy and a
patient-centered approach to care. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification.
Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) is highly preferred.
