Job Description:

RN Medical Surgical ICU to join our team. This position requires a
compassionate and skilled professional to provide top-tier nursing
care in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit. Located within a
dynamic network of hospitals and outpatient facilities, UCHealth
offers a supportive environment aimed at fostering professional
growth and enhancing patient outcomes in our medical-surgical ICU
settings. Provide direct nursing care for medical-surgical patients
in ICU setting, managing complex assessments, implementing
treatment plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care and
safety. Engage in continuous education to remain abreast of
technological advancements and healthcare practices specific to ICU
and medical-surgical care. Participate in the development and
implementation of care protocols and guidelines. Ensure compliance
with all healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining
confidentiality and integrity of patient information. Strong
clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing and critical care.
Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle
high stress situations with professionalism. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN
license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required.
ACLS certification preferred.
