As a virtual health RN, you will deliver top-tier patient care via telehealth systems, ensuring UCHealth's commitment to excellence in patient outcomes and satisfaction. This position requires adaptability to new technological tools and the ability to provide compassionate care remotely while maintaining patient confidentiality and adherence to all healthcare regulations. Provide remote nursing care and consultations via telehealth technology. Monitor patient health status and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to manage patient care remotely. Stay updated with advancements in virtual health technologies and healthcare practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and UCHealth’s policies. Proficiency in telehealth systems and technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of patient management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/CPR certification
