Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of UCHealth. Monitor patient condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Administer patients' medications and provide treatments according to physicians' orders. Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.). Document all patient interventions, treatment, medications, and development in patient records. Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Strong ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficient in performing clinical tasks Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
