Job Description:

across multiple facilities. We are currently seeking a Registered
Nurse (RN) for our Surgical Progressive Care Unit to manage care
for patients recovering from surgical procedures across a variety
of specialties. This unit focuses on providing high-quality care in
a fast-paced environment, requiring compassionate, dedicated, and
efficient healthcare professionals. Assess, plan, implement and
evaluate nursing care for post-surgical patients. Monitor patient
recovery and adjust care plans based on patient condition and
surgical outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their
families on recovery processes and post-operative care. Maintain
accurate patient records and document all care provided. Ensure
adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards. Strong
clinical skills in a surgical care environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced setting Proficient in using healthcare software and
electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of
Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
