Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. Our facility specializes in providing personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to help patients recover from various injuries and conditions. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, designing therapeutic activities and treatments, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients' recovery processes. Evaluate patients' mobility and motor capabilities to determine impairment level Design comprehensive treatment plans to aid in patient recovery Implement therapeutic techniques for pain management and mobility restoration Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and procedures Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards Proficiency in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong understanding of musculoskeletal disorders and treatments Ability to assess patient condition and develop effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to manage multiple patients with diverse needs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license CPR certified recommended
