Job Description Job Description TTF is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a collaborative, service-focused team. This full-time role is responsible for managing patient flow, coordinating staffing and provider schedules, and maintaining an efficient and positive clinical environment. The Clinic Manager will lead, coach, and develop both clinical and administrative staff, support quality care for adult and pediatric patients, ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic policies, and participate in leadership and team meetings. This position also involves identifying process improvements, implementing operational changes, and supporting ongoing staff development and communication across departments. Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Colorado nursing license, a minimum of five years of management experience, experience working with both adult and pediatric patients, and current CPR certification.
