This role is critical in providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare services in a patient-centered environment. Our LPNs play an essential role in supporting our mission to improve lives and promote health through the most effective and caring processes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and patients in outpatient settings, contributing to treatment plans and enhancing patient outcomes. Provide basic nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting under the supervision of an RN or physician. Administer medications and injections, and record responses. Assist with patient examination and the treatment process. Monitor patient health and maintain patient records according to the latest healthcare compliance regulations. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license valid in Colorado CPR/BLS Certification by the American Heart Association or equivalent
