Job Description:

across its network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. We are
currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse (RN)
specialized in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing
critical care to premature and sick newborns requiring immediate
medical attention. As a NICU Travel Nurse at UCHealth, you will
have the opportunity to work alongside top professionals in the
field and use state-of-the-art technology to deliver life-saving
care to the most vulnerable patients. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to neonates. Collaborate with the NICU
team to plan and evaluate patient care plans. Administer
medications, maintain patient records, and monitor vital signs.
Educate and support patients' families regarding conditions and
care needs. Ensure the proper functioning of all medical equipment.
Participate in NICU healthcare meetings and contribute to policy
development. Strong clinical skills in neonatal care. Proficient in
using NICU technologies such as incubators and ventilators.
Excellent teamwork and multi-tasking abilities. Strong
communication and empathy skills, especially with parents and
families. Ability to handle high-stress, critical situations with a
calm demeanor. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice.
BLS/CPR certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification.
