direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to
individuals with mental illness. Work with others in a clinical
team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.
Location: 4455 E 12th Ave, Denver Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay
Range: LPC/LCSW/LMFT: $34.78 - $35.28/hr Language Differential -
$2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & AS Responsibilities
& Duties: Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification,
crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy
to assigned clients. Provide case management services to clients as
needed or assigned. Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment
progress and follow-up at disposition times. Assist clients with
psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.
Coordinate the use of other WellPower programs and outside
community resources for the people we serve. Coordinate
medication/medicinal needs of the people we serve with
psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources. Maintain accurate
and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.
Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and
supervisory sessions as required. Perform 27-10 (M-1) "mental
health hold" evaluations. Maintain a trauma informed environment of
wellbeing. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements &
Qualifications: Masters Degree in psychology, social work, or other
related human service degree. Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT,
or Licensed Psychologist) Typical Physical and Mental Demands
Standing, walking, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs,
repetitive hand/finger motions, manual dexterity. Requires fine
motor skills required for precise clinical procedures. Requires
visual and auditory acuity to observe patient behavior and respond
to alarms and calls. Requires a capacity to handle emotionally
charged situations and maintain professional boundaries. Requires
critical thinking and problem-solving skills for diagnosis and
treatment planning, and to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to
changing patient needs. Working Conditions Exposure to infectious
diseases, bodily fluids, and chemicals may occur; appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. Requires regular
use of computers and medical equipment. May involve occasional
evening or weekend hours depending on patient needs or clinic
schedule. Work environment can be fast-paced and emotionally
demanding, requiring adaptability and resilience. Noise level is
generally moderate but may vary during peak patient flow.
