Coverage Needs: Coverage: 1-2 weeks per month starting in ASAP
and ongoing Locations: will cover multiple locations Assignment
Details/Requirements : Schedule: 24-hour call - Hospital, Clinic,
and Call hours vary o Adult Office Clinic = 20% of time o Adult
Hospital = 80% of time Requirements: ACLS, Board Certified CT
Surgery Vascular Surgery, FDA-approved course in CO2 laser for
TMLR, Fluoroscopy Training Program EMR: Cerner
