Code: 80122 Job Description: - Assesses patient’s physical,
psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation,
interview, and review of medical records and clinical data. -
Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with
the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with
nursing standards. - Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and
diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication
administration, catheterization, and specimen collection. -
Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each
patient. - Provides patient and family education based on
assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates
the effectiveness of teaching. The expertise and experiences you’ll
need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's of Nursing
(Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert
(ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support
- CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement,
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV
Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited
