Anesthesiologist Opportunity Denver, CO Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist for a full-time opportunity at a facility in Denver, Colorado. General ANES, OB ANES and Cardiac ANES all needed Colorado license or IMLC LOQ preferred but we can help license you ! Hospital & Program Overview Beds: 158, Trauma Level IV. 30 bed ICU. 21 OR s, 3 OB suites, 5 GI Suites. Anesthesia Model: 12 MDs / 17 CRNAs (FTE) Epic EMR. Requirements Active ACLS and PALS certifications required for all incoming clinicians MDs must complete 32 hours of CME annually Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology Schedule & Call Details General Anesthesia: Weekdays: 8 or 10.5-hour shifts On-Call: Weekdays (5:30 PM 7:00 AM) Weekend Call: 24-hour Main OR Call (Sat/Sun) General Surgery, GI, GYN, Urology, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pulmonology, Plastics, Podiatry, Oncology OB Anesthesia: 24-hour In-House Call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) 1 CRNA room, 1 MD Medical Directing Cardiovascular Anesthesia: Weekdays: 8 or 10.5-hour shifts On-Call: Weekdays (5:30 PM 7:00 AM) Weekend Call: 24-hour CV Call (Sat/Sun) Additional Responsibilities Medical supervision of CRNAs Potential teaching opportunities for Internal Medicine Residents Contact Information Don Awbrey National Accounts Manager Ascend Medical Staffing Direct: Cell: Fax: Email:
