Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our
Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This role
blends leadership, clinical oversight, and meaningful one-on-one
client impact to clients of all ages throughout Union County. We

Responsibilities for a RN Nurse Manager: Lead, inspire and motivate
others to provide exceptional care. Provide clinical oversight for
assistive care state program clients throughout Union County
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and
tenured staff. Qualifications for a RN Nurse Manager: Active RN
license 2 years of RN experience Spanish fluency required Home care
or supervisory experience preferred, not required Why you'll love
