Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Aurora, CO Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,676 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position ID: 74746634 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: - RN - PCU - (616) - MC of Aurora - 7P - 7A Unit (616) Location: Medical Center of Aurora Address: 1501 s Potomac Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 345 3 time Magnet Designation Number of Staff float pool is about 80 Type of staff: Day Shift RN and CNAs on most units Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units Patient Ratios 1:5 days and nights varies between units Type of equipment - various EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Strong Tele experience, must be 2 years Nice to Have- Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Varies between units Large Cardiac Population what 2 Tele Floors and a PCU Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units Best personality Fit: Flexibility and willingness to float Team player and compassion is a must Great leaning opportunity to learn to care for patients with varied medical issues both acute and chronic.
