345-bed, three-time Magnet-designated hospital supports a large
float pool (about 80 nurses) that floats across inpatient med/tele
and rehab units, including two telemetry floors and a PCU serving a
high-volume cardiac population. Staffing typically includes RNs and
CNAs on most units with assignments averaging around 1:5 on days
and nights (varies by unit), using Meditech and a wide range of
equipment. BLS and ACLS are required, and candidates must have at
least two years of strong telemetry experience; chemo certification
is a plus for opportunities to work on the oncology unit. United
