Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." What you will do in this role: - You will be delivering patientcare based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. - You will be caring for patients in a monitored environment to ensure their safety while receiving the needed patient care. - You will be demonstrating your advanced knowledge, skills and understanding of all aspects of the population served in the care of your patients. - You will be providing safe and appropriate care within our Values and Standards of Nursing Practice. What qualifications you will need for this role: - Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license. - Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
