Pay Rate: $82.45 - $89.25 This facility is seeking an Urgent Care
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens
support as they look to fill a current need. /u0009/u0009/u0009
/u0009/u0009/u0009Details & requirements for this opportunity: -
Schedule: Hours Range from 8:45 am – 9:30 pm (Monday-Friday) and
7:45 am-6:30 pm (Saturday-Sunday). Provider will work a minimum of
2-3 weekends per month (up to all weekends if needed). The schedule
will be made 2 months in advance so the provider will know their
schedule in advance. - Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic. -
Scope: Urgent Care - All ages from birth to death. Must be
comfortable with all acuity levels - minimum 1 yr ER experience or
higher acuity urgent care experience. - State Licensure: Active
Colorado license is required. - Credentialing timeframe: 45 - 60
days. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS), Pediatric Advanced
Life Support(PALS), Basic Life Support(BLS) is required DOX LI-KR2
