Job Title - RN LTC/SNF Location - Loveland, CO, 80537 Shift-
Nights Expected Hours - 36 hours a week (12 hours a day, 3 shifts a
week) Duration - 4 weeks (extension available) Start Date: ASAP

facilities. Job Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long-Term
Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting provides
direct and individualized nursing care to residents with chronic
conditions or rehabilitation needs. This role includes assessing
resident health status, developing and implementing personalized
care plans, administering medications and treatments, and
monitoring outcomes. The RN collaborates closely with physicians,
therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
high-quality, compassionate care while promoting resident safety,
dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining
accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering
medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and
reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related
treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitoring,
reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Administering non-intravenous medications. Assessing, implementing,
planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with
healthcare team members. Modifying patient health treatment plans
as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
