What You'll Do:


Deliver hands-on care, treatments, and medications


Support scheduling and administrative duties


Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation


Respond with calm professionalism in emergencies


Always protect resident dignity and comfort


What You'll Bring:


Active LPN license in Colorado


CPR certification


Experience in long-term care is a plus
