  • Unit information: The Medical PCU is a fast-paced, high acuity, 36-bed unit with diverse patient populations. We have an engaged, team-oriented, and supportive team. Special procedures include scopes, biopsies, etc. requiring moderate sedation, cardioversion, and urgent dialysis (completed by the dialysis RN). Drips include insulin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nicardipine, heparin, lasix, and dobutamine.
