Location: Aurora, Colorado\n Pay Range: From $18.50 per Hour for "Entry-Level" and up to $20.75 per Hour for Very Experienced, Well-Qualified Professionals\n Job Profile: Dental Assistant \n \n The Opportunity: \n This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being. \n You will be responsible for the following: \n\nOrganizing and sterilizing dental instruments and workstations per OSHA standards \nEfficiently obtain quality dental radiographs (periapical, bitewings, panoramic) as requested by the dentist using coaching techniques\nAccurately describe to patient and family the necessary treatment and plan steps\nCollect and document clear, concise, and accurate patient records\nProvide Behavior Management using guidelines approved by American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. \nMaintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.\nMaintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).\n\n You will be required to possess the following: \n\nRadiology Education and training that meets state requirements \nPrevious experience working in a dental office\nCurrent BLS CPR Certification\nStrong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.\nBe organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry. \n\n Your Compensation and Benefits will include the following: \n\nMonthly Bonus Plan. \nMedical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Savings Plan, Disability and much more!\nProfessional Advancement Opportunities in an established, growing health care group. \n
