  Responsibilities: -
  
  • 
    
  • Provides direct training and development for Dental Assistants -
    
  • Assist in the management of the clinical schedule and back office flow
    
  • Provide a high level of chair-side assistance demonstrating a DA Level IV mastery of dental skills -
    
  • Ensures the practice has adequate supplies to meet patient demands both in the clinical setting and with lab inventory--- - -
    
    Qualifications: -
    
    • 
      
    • High school diploma or GED
      
    • At least 1 year of previous experience as a dental assistant on pediatric patients -
      
    • A Identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner; use reason even when dealing with emotional topics
      
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, listening to patients' needs, and possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor -
