Position Summary: This position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. Under the supervision of the Radiologist and supervisor, performs diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric. Generates appropriate paperwork including requisitions, film jackets, charges and provides a complete history of patient. Responsible for maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills and provide quality diagnostic results. Responsible for supply/inventory management. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Special Qualifications:
      • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members.
      • Ability to manage a team and work with others within a team to ensure quality patient care.

        • Current certification by ARRT reuired. Cardiovascular or Vascular Interventional Certification required within 1 year of hire.
        • BLS certification required.Education:
          • Completion of an AMA approved Radiology Technology training program.Experience:
            • Prefer 2 years recent hospital angiographic interventional experience.
            • Skills commensurate with formal training requirements.Special Qualifications:
