Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Operations Director to oversee
various clinical operational aspects of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage revenue cycle management, payer operations, front-desk
operations, cancellations, wait-lists, and quality
infrastructure
Oversee credentialing and delegated credentialing management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual
obligations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business
management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in revenue cycle management, payer operations,
and front-desk operations within a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of credentialing processes and delegated
credentialing relationships
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Passion for improving mental health services for children and
adolescents
