Most noteworthy, we are recognized as a leader in the digital imaging of large format graphics.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assignedResponsible for managing the production related portion of assigned projects, with emphasis on timely completion, contract compliance and cost control.Primary Responsibilities:Provide immediate assistance to Designers, Salespersons, and/or Estimators, whenever requested, with regards to pre-engineering of structure, efficient manufacturing, account specific information, and on-site execution during the pre-sale process.Participate in all necessary Turnover Meetings to assure all aspects of the signed contracts are understood, and communicated between team members during such meetings.Responsible for all aspects of fabrication, including actionable construction drawings, conveyed in their entirety to appropriate fabricators, establishing production benchmarks for timely completion of projects, communicating to fabricators the hours allotted to each item in the proposal, and assurance that allotted hours are not exceeded.Responsible for all aspects of Service related activity in the Warehouse for accounts with existing properties, including conveying a complete set of working documents to Service Lead with prior setup drawings, prior project inventory, current project scope, estimated hours for both Prep and Post-Show Inspections.Responsible for producing, or having produced through a dedicated Detailer, all graphics templates, show site plans and details to accompany show service orders, and full setup drawings for use during the installation.Responsible for reviewing all projects documents, and project inventory with Service or Fabrication Lead for all projects, regardless of size, prior to allowing freight to ship out from the PG dock. PM must initial the written project inventory to indicate to the dock that the shipment complete and is approved for loading.Responsible for writing all production related Purchase Orders in our ERP/CRM System, placing all orders with vendors and tracking and communicating with vendors to assure timely arrival of materials and cost containment.The PM is required to work closely with the Account Manager assigned to each project to assure that all client's expectations are met at every phase of every project. This includes attending Production Meeting s to assure all active projects are on track for time and cost.Responsible for maintaining all related aspects of the company's data pertaining to the production process, and assurance that all related files generated throughout Operations are posted in a timely manner to each project.The Project Manager is the primary source of financial responsibility and accountability for allFabrication and Service related projects. In such cases where the cost of the project exceeds the expected cost.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Trade Show Industry Experience, Associates Degree, or higher. Must have 5 years or more of relevant work experience.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Travel for this position is occasionally required. This could include not only local, and domestic, but international travel for shows/events or other company requirements.You should be proficient in:
