the company and their own careers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Case Manager provides a positive employee experience to DISH
employees regarding FMLA, ADA, leave of absence, return to work,
accommodations, and critical employee support issues. Cares for the
employee in complex life situations while completing accurate
tracking and timely processing for an exceptional employee
experience. Creatively problem-solves with appropriate partners,
such as legal, managers, workers' compensation, third-party
vendors, etc. Provides world-class customer service to HRBPs,
employees, and business managers. The role applies emotional
intelligence and knowledge of the company and compliance to deliver
win-win resolutions for the employee and business while working
independently with limited supervision. The ideal candidate walks
in the employee's shoes and will proactively improve department
processes as a result. Essential Functions The essential functions
of this job position include but are not limited to; the following
tasks and duties the employee encounters while performing this job.

service to employees in cases of personal medical circumstances,
leave of absence, return to work, and accommodation
cases.Communicates decisions and ongoing expectations with
employees and management.Collects, organizes, and maintains
accurate records in both paper and electronic form, including but
not limited to records for: benefits, compensation, leaves of
absence, and retirement.Facilitates interactive discussions and
assists with implementing creative and compliant return-to-work
strategies.Facilitates "Fitness for Duty" evaluations while
ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company
policy.Supports leave/disability-related projects and
issues.Analyzes complex LOA cases to determine if an accommodation
is needed drawing from an in-depth knowledge of state and federal
regulations to ensure care for an employee and compliance based on
those regulations.Engages in the interactive process to ensure that
reasonable accommodations are made, and risk from legal action is
mitigated. Proactively identifies areas of concern and high risk
with individual cases and involves legal when appropriate. Leads
calls between managers and legal, and has an in-depth knowledge of
the company and jobs within the company and so can coach
managersTracks and codes documentation in accordance with internal
workflow processesIdentifies action plans and makes timely case
decisions based on service expectations as established.Interprets,
understands, and executes various instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.Meets all DISH's
performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying
all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and
increased advanced proficiencies related to overall performance.
Skills, Experience and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher
strongly preferred; three or more (3+) years in a customer service
focused role required; leaves administration experience is a
plus.Demonstrates a passion for the employee experience while
stewarding the organization.Read and interpret documents such as
operating procedures and safety rules. Operates efficiently between
multiple computer applications using Microsoft Windows.Effectively
interacts with all levels of organizational staff and company
personnel. Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal,
written/oral communication, and customer service skills. Benefits:

guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors
such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation
is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on
work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a
pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
Salary Range: USD $57400.00 - $82000.00 / Year
