This is a full time position for a Restaurant Manager with knowledge of guest service standards and who is focused on hard work that yields results. As the Restaurant Manager with our company you will be expected to lead your team in meeting our very high standards where the expectations are clear and the rewards are exceptional. If you commit to at least 55 hours per week, and as a Professional Restaurant Manager, you will thrive in a clearly structured environment that is both friendly, community oriented with a company that promotes from within then you should contact us immediately.   Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a -Full Service concept
  • High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million per year in sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
  • Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
