We are looking for a dedicated Crisis Assessment Manager like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services, is responsible for the overall administration of the Adult Behavioral Health Program including planning, budgeting, quality management, team building, clinical services, and marketing. Essential functions include clinical supervisory duties, fiscal planning and management, personnel management, program development and planning, public relations/community outreach, compliance with internal/external standards including licensure, accrediting and regulatory agencies and other duties as assigned.

    What qualifications you will need:
    • Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
    • 3-5 years experience in Behavioral Health/Crisis Assessment setting required
    • 3-5 years management experience in a Behavioral Health care preferred
    • Must hold and maintain current licensure as a mental health professional, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or RN license (RN requires at least 3 years in an applicable mental health environment with demonstrated ability and competency to complete crisis assessments)
