This position is for a Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) Vice President in either King of Prussia, PA, Aurora Colorado with relocation provided if necessary. You will be responsible for developing and executing a plan to meet Stratagem's growth goals and helping to define Stratagem's overall company strategy. You will work closely with Stratagem's Executive Team who will give you the autonomy to meet our growth objectives. You will have the resources and support needed to meet our growth targets, including our talented engineering team and compelling software baselines and technologies.

Salary Information
The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 - $250,000; however, Stratagem considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Our ideal candidate is very comfortable developing solutions using leading-edge software and AI-based technology to apply against ground-based and space-based missions. You are also more comfortable in smaller and fast-paced organizations and welcome the opportunity to be entrepreneurial and build an S&BD organization that maximizes growth. Finally, you are kind, look out for your team, and are a great communicator.

As a Strategy & Business Director your responsibilities include:

Defining and building the company's growth strategy and working with the executive team to define and build the overall company strategy
Creating and managing business pipelines that meet company objectives
Managing a high-throughput proposal organization
Performing capture management on highly strategic pursuits, while providing strategic direction on other ongoing captures
Building high-PWin team
Helping to articulate our customer's big problems to our technology organization and influencing our research and development so it is relevant to our customer's problems

Required Skills

U.S Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance with SSBI
Proven ability to execute and win small (under $2M), medium(-$15M), and larger (-$50M) captures
Proven ability to build business pipelines that meet company growth objectives
Ability to honestly assess internal capabilities and the competitive landscape to make recommendations on when to pursue and opportunity and how to team
Ability to build high PWin teams
Organizational skills to manage a high-throughput S&BD organization that typically submits > 25 proposals a year and regularly has ongoing concurrent proposals
Ability to both participate in and help coach engineers in orals/pitch presentations to a customer
Position will require 20% travel

Desired Skills (bonus points)

Understanding and knowledge about the ground solutions provided by the NRO, Space Force, and AFRL
Experience supporting pursuits that leverage create cutting edge software and AI-based solutions to solve complex IC and DoD problems
Ability to define company strategy and work with each of the company's organizations to create and execute 1/3/5-year strategies that align to the overall company strategy
Understanding and knowledge about the ground and onboard solutions provided by any of the following: Space Development Agency, Army Futures, NGA, DARPA
Experience with winning down-select competitions
